What a life saver Brandy was for us. My daughters first child at 36 years old was truly a new experience as she had spent many years finishig her graduate degrees and had no real hands on baby experience and it had been 36 years since I had a birthing experience which made me a little more than rusty. I was worried that with a nurse shortage and many of the nurses overworked that she and my new grandbaby might not get the care and attention that they deserved. Brandy came to save the day coming to the hospital the day after the birth to help Shannon with the breast feeding experience and all the current nursing information for caring for a new infant, what to expect and what is normal and not to worry about. Thank you Brandy for making my daughters birthing experince one of joy and comfort. Dr. Joanne DiGiorgio

My name is Ester Tucker, I have known Brandy since childhood and with a big smile, I can say that we've experienced A LOT together! Over the years we had lost touch, but 19 months ago, we reconnected in the hospital recovery room after I had just given birth to my first daughter. Brandy and I were about to experience MUCH more because she was going to be my nurse for the next 12 or so hours. I'm not sure I would have made it through those "uncomfortable" hours as gracefully had it not been for the knowledge and nurture I received from Brandy. Sure, we already knew each other, but I have no doubt that all of her patients received the same love and care because you can see that Brandy loves what she is doing and it shows. Being a first time mom, I would have taken this service of in home care, and used it with great relief (and frequency!) Because there are times where you just won't find the answers from a book or friends & family. Thank you so much Brandy, for making my recovery time a bit less painful & scary, I may even do it again :)

My name is Lorena and I am a mother of four healthy boys. My husband Kirk and I have been friends with Brandy Bruner and her family for four years. I met Brandy in the MOMS Club in Irvine, California. I was fortunate to have met her because whenever I needed some medical advice, she never hesitated to offer both her friendship and a professional opinion. Brandy is exceptionally knowledgeable in the field of nursing.
When I delivered my youngest son on Labor Day 2005, he was two weeks early. Brandy had emailed me that morning to check up on me knowing that I had delivered early with my other three boys. Little did she know, my water had broken and I was on my way to Irvine Medical Hospital where she was scheduled to work that very morning. It was a pleasant surprise for both of us to learn that she was my postpartum nurse. I have four boys and I can honestly say that my experience with Brandy as my postpartum nurse after giving birth to my fourth son was second to none!
An hour before we were discharged, the pediatrician heard three murmurs in my son's heart. As anyone could imagine, Kirk and I were shocked to hear the news and fearful of what this meant to the short, medium and long term health of our newborn son. We were very fortunate to have a close friend and professional close by to comfort us at that difficult time. Brandy offered intelligent feedback on the situation, a caring tone of voice and an optimistic overall attitude that Jason's heart would heal. Brandy checked up on us and baby Jason on a regular basis once we left the hospital. A year later, the three holes in Jason's heart had closed up on their own, avoiding the need for open heart surgery! We were very blessed!
Brandy is a knowledgeable nurse, a true professional and she genuinely cares about the people she's working with. Her expertise and warm heart will be treasured by a first time mom and even a mother like me who has had four boys!
I highly recommend Brandy Bruner!
